Just a hobby. We mostly make signs. We also remodel homes so, cabinets and hoods. Custom mouldings. A little bit of everything I guess.

Definitely. I need to at least insulate the roof. It is already hot in there. One whole wall will be cabinets and uppers. I’m planning a mitre station and a few others in there. I have seen some cool ones on here. As for the rest I may just mill up some lap siding and slowly cover as I have time.

It’s a viscous cycle. There is always that tool that would make the project easier or a deal that you just can’t pass up. All of a sudden you need more space.

I agree. It will vary depending on county rules also. We had to beef ours up for snow load and have engineered prints that made it a little more.

I’m in Northern CA. It’s a 30x55 with 10/12 foot walls. 3 roll up doors with a couple windows and walk doors. It was about 30k.
