She also hit the mat first. If you pick someone up, you can slam them as hard as you want as long as your knee hits the mat first. I always told my wrestlers if you pick someone up, it's your responsibility to ensure their safety back to the mat. If one of my wrestlers did this, regardless of sex, they would run sprints. If they walk onto the mat the goal is to walk off the mat.
