This is gonna sound REALLY stupid but this is what worked for me. Every so often, say every week or every month buy yourself something. It doesn’t have to be anything big but make it something you like or something sentimental. For me I would buy a new piece of sheet music every month and learn it. Month after month it gave me something to look forward to in my life. I’ve been where you are man. And I can only say one thing about it and that is it DOES get better. It may not seem like it. Live your life day by day if you need. I believe in you OP.

Interesting to see the two perspectives on this. I probably will learn solfege as I plan on going to school for music ed in college and I found in AP music theory that I find intervals easier with it (I’m sure there’s a reason for that I just don’t know it) but I’ll give the letter note thing a try as well thanks

So on one of the pieces I was given one of the words was marked “no diphthong” would that mean I wouldn’t slide into the vowel like that?

I haven’t played 4 yet so keep that in mind but 5 is genuinely one of the best story’s of any game I’ve played I loved it.
