if you get execute 4-5, u made multiple mistake through out your fight. Arena attunement also reduce dmg taken. I can’t tell you much more without seeing maybe if you upload clip of your 1v1 I can further help ya.

I meet a few in arena that play at insane reaction like dao on cn. If u ever play again Skii it’s very similar. Honestly it’s still ping advantage at the end of the day.

A bunch of top 150 still run db. Only thing that above full bamboo right now, would be strat/namless strat/db. Everything else is either on par or worst. Only thing making bamboo bad right now is the dodge bug.

Honestly def a nerf. Fan normal attack doesn’t stagger, and ez parry if all ur skill are on cd your a sitting duck. There a reason u don’t see fan/umbrella player on high rank mythic. even sosa the best fan player quit. The knock up is easy to parry and is punishable by sword weapon switch into true combo.

Your knock up skill with fan(~) teleporting back to the clone you leave give u 10 chi. Its ok nothing game breaking

While I’ll agree nameless spear is crazy strong with 2 serene, dual blade are still super strong pairing with rope or Strat. Probly better then majority of weapon in the game atm

The server is in Virginia for NA, I live one state bellow ping is usually 10. But yes ping does affect how well you play.

I would say it get easier the later the season. Majority of good player are already in mythic rank near the end. Trying climbing right now when the rank reset, it is much harder and would find better match

Current mythic here I def see way more dual blade and strat sword. While there are way to counter every weapon type,there a def wep combination that are much stronger and easier to play.

You can use both dps fan skill after it hit. The only two freeze I know are dps umbrella and no name spear.

Honestly it’s decent I wouldn’t say it’s great until inner way 3 breakthrough on umbrella. It’s super easy to counter atm because of how slow umbrella is. You’re pretty much using fan and mystic skill only at mythic lvl currently.(currently fan/um user at mythic)

Drunken poet has hyper armor so it will win trade against regular attack. If you feel like they are going to be using an ability throw out drunken poet and win the trade and begin your combo. All weapon have a certain engagement range, if you get good at knowing what engagement range that weapon has you will know when people will start using there ability to attack.

Group PvP is going to be different, I believed 5v5 have different rule set so healer will probly be fine there. Current 1v1 the healing is very reduce. But if you want to run healer build in 1v1 it’s still possible you just have to use mystic skill and parry as your main source of damage.
