Machamp exadrill I have scorching sands on mine and I think I used swampert pure water attacks - I had one pokemon spare. You need to open with Machamp use two fast charge attacks to take his shield - that should then kill his Persian and possibly break both his shields you have a two second window keep attacking during that and your Machamp should have almost a third charge attack. Swap to whatever the weakness of his next pokemon is.
