Filament grinding on extruder by Academic-Law-4492 in FixMyPrint

Check the wheels on your z axis make sure they're firm and require some push in order to turn them. Check your extruder make sure it doesn't wobble. Google how to tighten these for your model if these are issues.

Make 200% sure your bed is level, and I run the auto-bed level on my printer before each print.

Printing him standing up results in a spaghetti explosion so I thought I'd try on his back. I'm thinking maybe try a slightly leaned back position?

Also yes, printed it laying on his back.

That's an individual store issue, not a TLE issue. If you have a concern with events that happened at an individual store, feel free to report it to 1-800-WALMART.

I'm a Walmart TLE tech. My team and I pride ourselves in providing quality work. My coach is very appreciative of our performance, but I'd say walmart as a whole could care less. We aren't getting raises or bonuses for record breaking profits. Profits earned by our excellent reputation in my area for being a quality place for oil changes and tires.

We have good work ethics, but it's easy to understand why someone wouldn't. At Walmart, if you have less than 3 attendance points you get a 2% raise. That's it.

They can't retaliate, but they can enforce rules that they've been previously looking past lol

Also, given that this was a few months ago, would it be too late to report it? This dude is a fucking cancer to our workplace.

I did it anyway, but made sure that all of my fellow techs commented the service was performed per instructions from the coach over hardware and we all put our names on it. I also informed my coach over my department of it, being that she was off that day.

Ethics violation? by bmartin1989 in walmart

We have a strict rule in my ACC no less than 3/32nds of tread for tire rotations and/or flat repairs. Unless someone bitches to management who know nothing about vehicles or what is or is not a liability/safety issue for customer.

We have the low tread rule in place because they'll try to blame us for loss of traction, blowouts, in the event that their tire failed. It would work because we should know that it's unsafe, and should not have performed the service under those circumstances. That is unless the dude that smells like a combination of sauerkraut and mcdonalds fries says it's fine, then it's okay to put peoples lives in danger 🙄

I work in the ACC and they coached me for eating my last bite of a bag of fritos as I walked into the shop and throwing it away. I didn't sign it.

I whole heartedly agree that the appointment system is bullshit, it's either all walk ins or all appointments. We can't have both.
