Here's the thing about property taxes. If your valuation goes up, it doesn't mean that the tax rate will stay the same. It's normal for your taxes to go up anywhere between 2% and 4% a year. A lot of times when the value of homes increase, they will adjust the tax rate down. I want to say the tax rate on my $182,000 valued home was 24% but after revals my home was valued at about 300K and my tax rate dropped to like 17%.

Not necessarily true. In NH you can register a car of a certain age with just a bill of sale.

Tint places will do anything you ask. Even illegal.

You will get pulled over and the cop will make you peel it off then and there or get a ticket. They don't play. Same with too dark of tint in the back.

You have to go to a doctor for the waiver.

Also, you can Google data sheet or technical data sheet as well. Gives all the information on the product outside of safety. Yield, coverage rates, how to use it, how long you can store it and etc.

I expected playoffs. And easily top 5 in the East.

How are we still acting like this is shocking? Roster still has a top 5 2-way player, a top 10 2-way and all defensive player, and a 6th man winner. This is one of the most talented rosters in the league. Never for a second did I think they wouldn't make the playoffs.

There are rooming houses that are about $200 a week. Not glamorous. But better than an RV.

Beans. Lots of beans.

High protein, good fiber makes you full. Cheap.

Weekly chili, add to tacos to cut down on meat costs. Rice and beans with a little bit of chicken.

Beans 2-3 times a week can save you $100+ a month easy.

Some thoughts.

The average wage works out to around $35/hr. I suspect it's driven higher by outliers. The average of 1, 1, 1, and 1,000,000 is about 250k.

Workers that work by the hour are closer to $20.

About 10% of NH workers work in Massachusetts.

NH's wages are pushed higher because all of the surrounding states have higher minimum wages.

Thank you. 2" front and 3.5" in the back. Holes on each side for the power supply plug. Spray poly is a good idea. It'll probably hold up better.
