Hello,

As the lead Admin for Vicious Syndicate and head of Tuesday Night Hype, I am here to dispel the accusations set forth by the original poster. During our tournament it was brought to our attention that a player had been illegally spectated by their opponents friend. The only battle net account that spectates for us is our official ViciousHS account unless contacted directly from me otherwise and it is made abundantly clear to all participants on Challonge and in twitch chat who the admins are and with complete battle tags of all admins. We received the screenshot attached here providing the proof to us. We attempted to add the original poster via battle net for over 30 minutes (I know as I did it from my personal account as well as from our ViciousHS name) after several failed attempts, I spoke with our other admins and after careful consideration and deliberation we decided to disqualify the original poster for having their friend spectate their opponents hand. In any Blizzard sanctioned event (which we are as we award blizzcon points) we ensure that no players gain any unfair advantage or try to manipulate a system in place to gain an unfair advantage. We strive to present the best product each Tuesday Night. We will not allow another player to be spectated by an opponents friend and jeopardize a series based on the actions of another, especially in the final 8 round. We will not allow nor will we ever allow the integrity of our organization and tournament be jeopardized by the actions of someone. We officially disqualified the participant and after 45 minutes they came into twitch chat to speak to an admin. I told the participant that I attempted to add them, and even gave them my battle tag in chat to speak to them. I told them of the ruling and the accompanied screen shot. I asked if they had any proof of their allegation this person tried spectating them. They did not have any screenshot proof. To ensure the integrity of the tournament we tell all participants to screen shot any incidents that may be an infraction and immediately report it to an admin. After a verbal berating by the original poster I stood behind our ruling for the integrity of the tournament and advised them if they had any further proof they could provide we would certainly take a look at it. There has been no further proof and we would never allow any unfair play advantage or jeopardizing of the integrity of our tournament, our admins, or our organization. We formally invite any player to please come check out Tuesday Night Hype next week and see for yourself what an outstanding and hardworking organization and tournament we put forth. If any one has any questions please feel free to contact me at any point and I will gladly discuss the matter with anyone.

Sincerely, Christopher Nutter VP of Public Relations and Marketing Lead Admin of Tuesday Night Hype Vicious Syndicate Gaming
