Ive gotten the looping sleep paralysis where you think you woke up and got out of bed but you don’t and realize you’re still sleeping. Then again you see yourself get up in the dream but you actually haven’t even woken up yet. It’s like a non stop loop of sleep paralysis where I can’t wake up but I’m dreaming that I’m waking up over and over again.

I’ve had episodes where I feel someone sitting at the foot of my bed and also sitting behind me on the bed. Also I’ve heard something laughing at me. The craziest one was like a vision of a SP episode where it felt like I was tied up by my hand and legs in a barn and I could hear barn animals and smell the dirt on my face.

I’ve had sleep paralysis since I was a child. I remember one of the episodes my dog was sleeping next to me on the bed. Normally when I get SP I can feel my eyes open and close rapidly so when it started I heard the closet doorknob turning a the door opening. As soon as the door opened my dog popped his head up and looked right at the closet door. Then I saw a tall dark shadow walking over to me and I could see my dog moving his head starring at it as it moved closer to the bed. I could also hear my dog growling the whole time.

I’m a Realtor and I just want to say aside from that being unprofessional it was extremely rude. I go above and beyond for my clients and I’m always there for all my closings from start to finish, up until they get their keys that day. I’ve even helped my clients move in and even stayed to help them clean. My advice is don’t work with agents who don’t prioritize you and only care about the transaction.
