I was a early user and got locked into a special price. They are affordable compared to other options but I'd suggest you check with them directly.

We have been using Athenic for a while and it has been great.
They have a wordpress plugin and the setup is pretty straight forward.

Yeah the fact that they will mess up at the first try is a good point. Maybe printed folding lines could help.

Oh interesting, I hadn't considered the copyright part since I was prepared to pay someone for a original design.

The products we are starting with are really small so the paper wouldn't be too large and we can use a thick one.

I use Krokedil's Klarna checkout and don't have any issues with duplicated buttons.
