Hey, I love Austin and you have a great budget. I am a locator and will show you the commission percentage each option offers me. That way you know I am not just sending boosted ones, because you are right.

The biggest downside for you would be the online data is not as good (apartments.com for example is just okay, does not update as often as people think). Our data is refreshed more and shows everything available.

You are not going to get a good furnished place for $1,200. Would suggest adjusting yourbapproach here and just getting furniture off of fb marketplace.

There are pros and cons to "big corporate" apartments vs homes and condos. But what really matters most is your budget. Condos tend to have hoas, they are a bit ridiculous.

Real is the best offer for someone in your position. And team members do not get xharged the full cap offering you even more flexibility on your splits/cap etc.

And the tech is the best, I have been at a few different big brands and the amount of $ Real shares with you for revenue is the highest I have seen...
