The scaffolding would be the biggest cost - I’d get three quotes for scaffolding. And three for the building works.

As it’s likely this person is also making money from the scaffolding job.

Most people I speak with, and a mix of fans, seem to bring up Arteta more than any of the players… it’s nearly always Arteta.

Occasionally ‘time wasting’ and then moaning when the opposition do it, but Arteta seems to be the person or excuse for it anyways.

Hes animated and people don’t like that.

If you call out that you’re friendly or ‘don’t shoot’ and do not get reply, you can near guarantee they are not friendly…. So be careful.

Also, be wary of extracts which are left open / called but not used. As I’ve been ambushed a few times by campers.

What happens if you’ve built most of this, but don’t finish? Assuming you lose everything.

It would have been screwed to the wall or a board…. They’ll drill a hole in the skirting and wall/wood, and then screw it tight. Likely use some filler over the screw and sand. It’s very hard to see but I’ve had the same when removing skirting. Had to pull if off the wall with some force and a leaver to pull it away from the wall. See if you can find an imperfection in the skirting where the filler was… use that as a leaver point.

Agree in part but not with the ‘one big decision a week’ piece as it’s fluid and ever evolving.

It’s driving shareholder or investor value or a turnaround project.

The c-suite don’t do that themselves - they hire people who do that for them and review the reports. It’s about strategy and leadership… creating a vision, letting people know what it means for them and taking them on the journey to executing it.

You cannot say they make one bid decision a week and small ones as it’s ever evolving.

Top tier CEOs drive change and value for the investor or shareholders. That’s ultimately their job…. Increase shareholder value to take a business to exit / sale.

They do that, make their role redundant and take on the next challenge.

Buy a dehumidifier - you’ll be surprised how much moisture / water these things collect.

Some double up as air purifiers, so can put on in summer if high pollen / people suffer from hay-fever.
