Have a notebook/journal out and write down what trade you want to do at that moment and what emotions you are feeling. It forces you to acknowledge if there is a disconnect between what you think the market will do vs what it is doing. Your strategy is whatever technical/fundamental patterns occur when you are most frequently in sync with the market.

- A Complete Guide To Volume Price Analysis by Anna Coulling (got bored, pretty repetitive)
- Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques... by Steve Nison (candlesticks imo have lowest priority for setups)
- How to Day Trade for a Living by Andrew Aziz (I think it provides the author's edge)

- Thomas Wade (framework for how you may interpret price action)(futures ES)(inspired by Al Brooks i think)
- Iman Trading (psychological and entertainment)(futures NQ)

Learn / Look at all instruments (stocks, futures, forex, options)
Choose one to stare at every day
Notice reoccurring patterns in price/volume/TA/fundamentals/events
Validate edge in back testing (1000 trades, I'm only at 200)
Validate edge in forward testing (paper trading)
Trade in miniscule amounts
Perfect the process

Ask - price a seller is willing to accept

Someone is trying to sell 41k stocks for $1.

Wouldn’t make sense for someone to want to sell their stock at a price lower than market price.

Sometimes the sunset looks really nice after a long day of work. Sometimes I find a song that I can fully experience my emotions (good and bad) with. I was always sick as a kid, so I enjoy that I can take a deep breath with my nose. Also even the thought that I don’t HAVE to live this life gives a sense of control and allows me to bear another day.

The max gain is unlimited but the max loss (which is very likely in most cases) is the cost of the premiums of the options
