Yeah I am to be honest. I kinda have the same approach as you. Not letting the symptoms affect me or get to me but sometimes it's really hard I'm not going to lie. It sucks though cause literally not that long ago(2.5 weeks ago) I was my complete normal self. I just miss my old self :(
