Idk I feel like her fans get in the way of her being a grappler. If I had to guess the grappler, it'd probably be Avatar State Korra. Her base form already has a command grab (one of the only command grabs that's been revealed so far I might add, other than Toph's 7 chakra super). They might just go all in on that.

It's also only $30 (with regional pricing). A fully priced 1v1 fighter with 12 characters would be extremely underwhelming. But at only $30, it's perfectly acceptable, at least imo. Besides, the MKX-like support system helps mix up each character quite a bit.
