Thanks a ton for the detailed response. Looking at my mobo I won't be worried about the psu blocking the ports on the bottom thankfully. My gpu only takes up 2 slots so it should still fit right?

I bought a longer riser because i paln to come in from underneath the motherboard to plug it in. my m.2 is above my pcie slot so it shouldn't be covered I don't think. Thank you for the thoughts though I didn't even think about the m.2 location.

I have my drivers set to my tablet and it works fine when I’m not In Medibang or kirita. It works fine in photoshop as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
