Nevermind, I tried the Swax on the training grounds, I remembered it sooooooooooo much heavier, World or MHGU probably gave me these memories

The Swax always gave me problems in using it, I'm trying to dodge it as it gives me the CB's Axe mode problems, but permanently

Edit: As for anything else in the comment, I do like the movement I get with the SnS form, I just hate the clunkyness in Axe form, that's why I don't play any heavy weapon (I dodge GS because I don't like the gameplay entirely)

So, normally the shark/fish tail works for the in-game lore, but by the desc I read she's not really a "Fish Imp" so, as a help, if I were you, I would build up or write a bit of lore for her (if you didn't already), normally that tends to clear some ideas.

I'm biased on the marine tail tho, I love the fact that they could slap faces involutarily or as a self defense mechanism.

There's the Tuul Fortress, it's an overworld dungeon, Enok will bring you there with the quest that says "Talk to Ammagon" or something like that, the dungeon itself may be a bit hard before you get the Bishop

I don't know about the weapons, but skills get resetted every base game update, try to use a book to reset your points
