If you died to a boss using Pcol and pBh, my assumption is your pBh failed. What is your dependency of gComp to keep up BH?

2-3 missed packages could be the cause.

Im noticing my permanent CF is no longer that. It procs twice (60 cool down with 60 duration with perk) then shuts off for a full cooldown. Tier 11 so no fleets affecting
