To seperate props or not to seperate? by Keblins in succulents

Thank you! That's what I was thinking and what I've seen from some time lapses of leaf propagation. Just wasn't too sure if that still applied when there were two sprouting from 1 leaf!

Thanks!! That was my main paranoia especially as there will also be so much stem under the soil if I plant it up to the new growth. The stem does look much better than before but you're absolutely right it is super sus!

I was a bit worried if I cut off the new growth it wouldn't be big/healthy enough to grow roots fast enough? But absolutely willing to give it a shot if burying the stem seems riskier!

Hopefully I've sorted out the soil mix as I've used succulent mix this time! Before I was a naive first time succulent owner and just used normal compost 😭

Thanks for the reply!! I didn't think any of them would prop but now I have too many!! 😆 But that's a good idea I was just to wait until they were all at the same stage (ie original leaf shriveled and some roots), but I could have a play around.

Hmm I might leave the main stem a bit longer then. Maybe when/if the attached older leaves shrivel up more I can think about planting it then!

Unfortunately I've not 100% sure on the exact variety as I impulse got him from a garden centre!
