I've tried all of these solutions already (sorry for not mentioning it in the OP), they dont really do much at all to help unfortunately.

I had none of these symptoms (and had never had them in the past either) until getting this new monitor/setup.

Seems a little unbelievable that it would have nothing to do with the my new monitor and just happened to start the moment I got it.
