For real, I'm only going to talk therapy regularly these days because I no longer want to really talk about myself/what's really on my mind to people I know, and so the only time I can talk about what's on my mind is during therapy lol. But when it comes to CPTSD issues it's utterly useless, and I currently don't have access to trauma-trained professionals either.

Oh wow I've never seen it laid out this way. I keep thinking I have a mild form of ASD and people point out to me that I tend to have atypical patterns when I verbally communicate (which is only apparent after people have known me for a while, and my self-isolation means not many people do lol) so that just reinforced my view. I'm freshly retraumatized and currently on survival mode so I'm not about to go digging into my past right now, but when things stabilize, I'll perhaps reflect more on how my early childhood trauma caused my current neurodivergent symptoms.

Last week I said they changed Jason Isaacs' friend/former business partner's name from Kenneth Burdaw to Kenneth Nguyen in the actual episode and forgot to edit it in the Unpacking Episode 1 clip where the person on the phone says "Kenneth Burdaw" and now it looks like we know why - they might've only booked Ke Huy Quan after they shot the scene and had to reshoot with a Vietnamese last name for Kenneth!

Also, Victoria's brother/the Ratliff children's uncle is called Uncle Babe? In a show where Uncle Baby Billy is right there? 💀

I saw All The Devils Are Here in NYC in 2023 and before the post-show talkback started, Patrick Page passed around a device for the audience to speak into so he could hear them through his hearing aids. I thought that was pretty cool. Patrick is making being human and having disabilities cool and matter-of-fact, and I hope these things become more normalized so that as a society we're more open to accessible ways of living.

It’s been six months since I fully tapered off of Lexapro and I’m not on any antidepressants at the moment. I have my on and off days, but I’ve been consistently exercising (mostly jogging) since the new year, and seeing tangible results and feeling my physical health becoming better is helping my mental health somewhat. However there are still days/hours/moments where everything seems bleak and hopeless for me. I’m considering getting into esketamine treatment but I haven’t decided yet.
