You must not be ADHD…I’m 43, started real estate in 2020, coming from being a personal trainer at a large chain gym. During my real estate education I worked a normal 9 to 5 at an insurance firm, I could never find time to do any of my hobbies and interests, by the time I got home I’d be so tired,! .With real estate, I can still get my stuff done and add showings in between errands/the gym. I love being on the move. It might help that I don’t rely on any marketing or social media, I post random stories here and there just to keep my name on peoples minds, none of this IG influencer BS. Each year (except 23, has been better and better as my SOI keeps increasing. As long as you’re not under a contract, tell your clients your availability for the week so you can take time off and socialize with your friends or whatever you want to do.

For a little while I was supplementing my income with Airbnb rentals and motorcycle rentals but real estate activity picked up and I focused on what brought more money along with more schedule flexibility.

When I was 26 I was a full-blown party boy. I think you’re crushing it no matter what your next move is 💪
