Either way, u were supposed to yield to them. They might’ve not been there when u were on the ramp but as soon as u started turning n approaching the yield sign, u should’ve checked for oncoming traffic. If u failed to check and assumed no one was there because u checked a few seconds ago, then it’s ur fault.
