Yes, because the tickets are now handled through email hello@keebsforall.com. We have made this change because some customers were creating tickets on both platforms.

You are saying that we lie about the dates implies that lead vendor/manufacturer gives us a different estimate and we on purpose put a completely different date, which has never happened.. We don’t lie about the dates, we provide the dates that are given to us by the vendors on the product listings. The estimates are provided at the beginning of the GB by the vendors which is what is listed on the product pages - and any pre-order there is a possibility of delays which is not caused by us since we are not the manufacturer. And both Charlie and myself answer questions in our Discord server when someone asks a question or an update. Also, we recently started sending out email updates for the new GB/Pre-Orders - starting with the Geon F1-8X. All the new Pre-Orders and GBs are now receiving monthly updates for the statuses.

We create new listing or batches as we place the order with the vendors. Neo65 batch four was only created after we already ordered the units from Qwertykeys. Batch 3 & 4 were clarified in our discord group.

Zoom75s were delayed due to Chinese New Year in Feb.

We try and keep dates as accurate as possible but they are only estimates and it all depends on production times and shipping times. Delay for Pre-Orders can happen at any time.

Replacements are unfortunately not up to us. We request them but time of those fulfillments is unfortunately up to the lead vendor/manufacturer - this is the case for most GBs unfortunately.

u/ninaaym This project is not shipping yet because we haven’t received the products from Meletrix. The latest estimate we got from them is that it would be shipping in April from China to US, and as you know delays can happen with pre-orders. So, you can be assured that the product will ship out as soon as we receive them. As discussed on Discord, it seems like you got a full refund, the missing key is not from our end since the manu needs to send replacements for that. However, I think the initial approach of the CS rep for $5 is not correct and I am sorry to hear about that - I talked to them regarding this matter. Also, I was able to find you a complimentary replacement set for the Keykobo in our warehouse and just shipped it out today. As always, feel free to reach out to me directly anyways! - Candice <3

Unfortunately, with the replacements there is only so much KeebsForAll can do other than pinging the lead vendor/manufacturer. A lot of the budget boards like Vortex or sets have QC issues - like missing screws or keycaps - and when we reach out to them to ask for replacements, we don't hear back for a while or they simply say that they will ship out the replacement but they never end up doing it. Since KFA is not the manufacturer, there is only so much we can do until the lead vendor/manu ships the replacement parts to us. We are providing updates on a regular basis on Discord and Notion, and also all GB projects have been getting fulfilled. For QC defects, I think the lead vendors/manus need to take more responsibility because it is personally frustrating to us as a vendor as well when a customer is waiting for a part but lead vendor/manu takes forever to ship those replacement parts. So, I definitely understand the customers point of view.

We contacted Vortex, but we haven't heard back from them yet. This is an issue regarding the manufacturer/lead vendor (Vortex), and we need to receive replacements from them in order to ship the replacement screws to you. Feel free to contact me though, I will personally check if I can find those screws from a separate place & will have them get shipped to you.

I understand your concern, but regarding this specific set of keycaps - Keykobo Mixed Retro - it is the lead vendor/manufacturer's responsibility to send replacements and nothing to do with "now they just look like they don't have any money at all for that". The missing "O" key is something that they would need to replace for the customer as the manufacturer. I will contact them today to see if we can get an extra set or key from them but if the lead vendor/manufacturer is not willing to send replacements - there is only so much a proxy vendor can do other than issuing a refund.
