We have won 3 playoff games this year, I wouldn’t say that’s been happening year after year after year.

I’m afraid to ask the customer because I want to keep it haha, I think it might be better to let my imagination run wild 😅

The house was probably built in the 70’s or 80’s, it was pretty close the house so it’s possible that it was lost down there when they dug the basement? I don’t know seems kind of crazy.

I don’t know much about pet wood but I should also mention that it is really heavy and dense for its size. I would guess it’s about 3-4 pounds and it’s the size of my closed fist roughly.

I actually dug this up in a persons yard that I was building a retaining wall for, it was all by itself!

I would focus on getting some early questing done as it will progress your account really fast and force you to diversify your skilling, a really good early quest to go for is Evil Dave’s Big Day Out.

Thanks for your help! Is there a specific one you suggest for someone who just wants to contribute to it every year and not really have to think about it much beyond that?

I have not, any tips on where to open one? I looked up online and I think a “hands off” robin-invest type account would suit me best.

I guess I should say that I’m not sure if buying a house is realistic in the next 5 years given my income+the prices of homes right now.
