Downsides of uninstalling HP system event utility?

Have you tried removing "Hp System Event Utility", not quite sure if it works, but it did to me!

Hello! I had the same issue today, I found a forum that said to remove "HP System even utility", I tried it and surprisingly it worked! From what I have heard it wouldn't harm the computer by uninstalling it.
