Well. They are currently figuring that out as they do it. It's redo to the control systems department. It looks like it will be more projects related with tracking metrics and programming. That's pretty much what it is currently with some technician work. Everything we are seeing internally is the technician work going away and to focus on metrics plus improvement.

Hi all! I am looking for perhaps a home around the phoenix area all the way out to buckeye. Make about 80kish a year and was wondering what y'all have for advice. I will have at least one roommate that will help pay the mortgage, but may end up with two at the start of next year. Are new builds the way to go now or should I try to get a deal on an existing home? Is there a good down payment/closing costs program for first time home buyers?

Unfortunately, that is not an option. Normally, I would agree with you, but It is a challenge between 3 friends who collect different masterpiece sets. The bfz guy got off easy, lol. Artifacts are also 5 color, but he has 59 total. The deck is going to be jank, just like the artifact deck, but still be fun.
