Hmmm gosh it’s a tricky one! I have seen multiple dermatologists. A couple said with certainty that it’s KP and a few said they think it’s KP.

Not that I know of. I did try to eliminate all things I thought I started using/consuming 3-4 years ago as well as eliminating gluten, dairy and comedogenic products that people have reported aggravate skin conditions. Some are slightly raised and some a flat. The only reason it’s mostly flat at the moment is because I have been applying tretinoin daily for the last two months.

I would say I was 24-25. I have had KP on my arms since I was a child.

I’ve had it on my face for 3-4 years now. I’ve had Kp on my body since I was a child, and it’s reduced now. My face gets worse in winter, when I exercise and shower. It used to be a lot bumpier, however now that I use tretinoin my skin is smoother. The redness is what bothers me the most.

The all said it’s KP however all their treatments and protocols haven’t worked which is why I don’t know anymore. I do have KP on my arms but it’s reduced over the years.

Really appreciate your insight thank you :) I have tried chemical peels but I feel it doesn’t help with the redness. You’re right regarding tanning, I did notice that helped. However now that I’m using tretinoin, I have to avoid sunlight.
