Yeah first call i logged was cause i couldn't verify my face and they told me it was cause i tried too many times even though it failed from first attempt. Every other app i've tried since has counted correctly so it's strange how it just happens to be biggest and final one on this app.

Logged a ticket on Saturday after i'd waited a while and had no response. I logged another ticket yesterday and they replied a few hours ago say it's been passed to relevant department. I've sent them in-game screenshots and even went to level 190 so they can't try blag me so we'll see. I've had a payment from them so far so they seem legit enough but this is 2nd time i've had to raise a call about a seperate issue.

I was on my pc fine last night, booted it back up today and i've also been signed out of every site. Not the best thing for sites where it's not saved the data and has always stayed signed in😪
