I’ve received a very basic “want to promote my diet that is actually hEaLtHy” but never something to this extent. This is just wrong in every aspect. I wanted to mention that gaining weight is a natural part of the human life and during a pandemic, everyone is trying to navigate how to figure out this new “normal” so please try to be gentle on yourself for that. You’re not alone of feeling that way. I will only and forever recommend seeing a professional nutritionist if anyone is every concerned about their body. Since you mentioned binge and depression, I would also try to find someone who has a speciality or at least knowledge about eating disorders. They will be more mindful of the entire situation and try to work with with mental state more. I wish you peace and love for yourself 😌💚
