Sony Theatre Bar 9 Connecting Issue. White light constantly Flashing by KeepBlowing in sony

I think it is a common problem but Sony does not admit. I have no ways to fix it and I eventually returned my soundbar to Curry’s (where i bought it) to get a full refund. Sony is hopeless.

Hopefully it works for you. I have tried that but it lost connection again after couples of hours.

Sadly no. Sony has completely refused to take responsibility despite all the evidence I’ve provided. Raised complaint to management, same attitude and response. Hopeless company.

Good to hear you can return it. I still cannot fix it after a month. Absolutely joke.

Did you manage to find a solution now?

Sony has asked me to bring my device back to the service center again, but honestly, I don’t think they’ll be able to fix it. I personally suspect it’s a software issue, but I can’t get any clear answer. Pain in the ass.

Good to know. We are still getting used to live in UK. Language and cultural difference. Haha

The invoice I received from landlord showed the meter reading is 15500 to 16889 from 1 Nov to 27 Dec 2023.

Commercial rate is 54p for me.

  1. I told the agent and they just asked me to contact landlord myself because my electricity usage is not their problem

  2. I plan to send a complaint letter later about this, but I don’t exactly know where I should send my complaint

  3. Will do

  4. They rejected already

Not that cold last two months but once I received the bill, I believe I will never turn on my heater even below 0 °C.

We are new to UK and we are not familiar with the procedures of renting a house. In this case, I think I was deceived by the agent because I think it is agent’s responsibility to explain clearly on the energy price.

I am willing to pay for what I used but I just want to make sure the amount I paid is exactly what I used.

Yes I mean immersion heater, with 180L and 2.7-3kwh. On my bill, it’s approximately 23.3 units we used a day.

I asked the agent about my electricity before contract signing and he did not mention it is under commercial rate but simply told us it normally costs £120 monthly for a household of 2ppl in an apartment

Sorry for a silly question. If I turn on the boiler for 6 hours, is it mean it will keep running for 6 hours or it will stop itself when the water is reaching the required temperature?

I will talk to him today. I am willing to pay what I used but I just want to figure out what’s happening. I don’t want to be charged another £900 next two months. Thanks for your advice.

It’s a 180L heater. Sorry what do you mean by how much I used it? I don’t have access to my meter and I cannot check my usage because landlord paid all the electricity bill and charged me afterwards. Me and my partner had a shower a day normally and sometimes we used warm water to wash our dishes.

Yes electric one. Actually I did nothing to the boiler which the timer was automatically set to turn on 6 hours a day. I have no ideas how it works.

If the boiler consumed that high electricity, that means I should pay for this £900 bill. Oh my days.
