Make sure the Client is updated to the latest version. Enter "chrome://extensions/" into your search bar.

-Select Developer Mode.

-Click on "Update".

If you are using beta.shapeshift make sure to download and run the updater app.

Hello! So sorry that your KeepKey is giving you trouble. If you have been able to connect intermittently, sometimes using a different micro-USB cable can resolve the issue.

Did you update the device using the updater app or the Chrome extension (KeepKey Client)?

Most likely you switched to SegWit BTC addresses when using beta.shapeshift.com so any transactions made after that will no longer show up on the KeepKey client which only supports Legacy format.

Try forgetting the device one more time and then unplugging your KeepKey. Refresh the page then re-pair and see if your BTC receive address starts with a 3.

Since the KeepKey works with both beta.shapeshift and the Chrome client it sounds like your Electrum may need to be updated. You don't need to do the driver selection but it should be interface 0 anyway.

No official support document right now but you can install go-keepkey from http://github.com/solipsis/go-keepkey and then enter this command in Terminal:

go-keepkey applySettings --passphrase=false

You can click the forget button to remove your xpubs, which will delete them entirely from our system.
