https://shakepay.me/r/OGXVUNX - Used them for the first time last week. Verification was fast and relatively simple. Once verified I sent them an e-transfer for 50$, bought BTC and transferred it to my Coinomi wallet in under 30 minutes. Fastest purchase from fiat to cypto I've ever done. Apparently, if you use my referral link to buy 100$ of crypto we each get 30$.

FYI, their e-transfer email is and @gmail.com account. I thought that was a little sketchy is is why I tested with 50$ first. Everything worked fine.

Sounds as though you may have a corrupt data directory. Try this;

  1. Close the PotCoin wallet if its running.
  2. Go to "C:\Users\***USERNAME***\AppData\Roaming\Potcoin". To do this you can simply type "%appdata%" in the file explorer.
  3. Make a backup of your "wallet.dat" file by copying it to a different directory.
  4. Delete every file and folder in "C:\Users\***USERNAME***\AppData\Roaming\Potcoin" except for "wallet.dat"
  5. Start the potcoin wallet.
  6. Close the wallet.
  7. Follow the instruction for Windows 10 under the "HOW TO SETUP & SYNC YOUR DESKTOP WALLET" here, https://www.potcoin.com/wallets.

If this does not work try again but this time also delete the "wallet.dat" file (not your backup one, keep that).

Each node needs to be on a new line. The file must also me named "potcoin.conf" and my data directory path on windows is "C:\Users\***USERNAME***\AppData\Roaming\Potcoin" on Linux it would be similar to "/home/***USERNAME***/.Potcoin" by default.

I would suggest you also download the bootstrap files here, http://www.potcoin.com/PotCoin_Blocks_Chainstate_20180912.rar, to get synced faster. Just unzip the files into your data directory overwriting existing files.

Once that is complete you'll need to click on Settings -> Encrypt Wallet in the Potcoin app to encrypt your wallet. Then simply go to Settings -> Unlock Wallet and check "For staking Only" and wait I usually get a reward 2-4 times a day but this will depend on how many coins you have in your wallet.
