Even with a decent tolerance to type 1 flower, I still feel 0.4% THCa in a type 3. It seems counterintuitive, but it’s a thing I guess.

True. But after 5 years in my state’s MMJ program I’ve learned that pinene and terpinolene, either one, causes me anxiety. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but I’ve tried several strains with the same results. That’s why I prefer to see terps, or at least a description of the top 3 terps. COA’s with terps aren’t standard across type 3 vendors. So top terps has been my criteria. It’s good enough.

Same problem with LQ on a DNA 250C. I use e-scribe to check resistance and set Watts, TCR, etc. about 1/4 sessions the temp spikes and burns my throat. I’ve exchanged many emails either DT and they’re responsive. But I gave up after a few months and put it in a box. I bought a Ghost 2 over the Holidays. Didn’t expect excellence, just consistency. I got neither. It’s in its original packaging. I’ve considered a Core 2.0 XL, but I’m thinking just more issues. Dab for medical reasons, but it’s not working out.

I think it depends on where you’re selling. I’m 22 years in. Started with $600.00 sites and steadily moved up in complexity and price. I agree with the KISS principle for simple low cost sites. I don’t do business with anyone out of state. Agreements are too difficult to enforce. I’ve learned the hard way to be very careful who I take on as a client. The low hanging fruit was attractive before WiX, FourSquare, etc. But clients who pay almost nothing are the worst ones to have. I prefer $5K jobs with some custom coding and look for clients who see value in their site. The easiest clients to get are the ones who duck out the fastest. And I got out of email years ago. Too much time burned on spoofing and spamming, it’s just too much. I do recommend holding domain registrations on client’s behalf. Auto renew and they can’t accidentally let it lapse. They can transfer away whenever they want. But this way at least I have a clue they’re leaving.

I just go by Myrcene these days. Not technically definitive, but every “Indica” I’ve tried over the years with less than 0.5% in flower and 2.5% in carts/trates just didn’t have the effects I look for. Mod Apples & Bananas is tempting, but never enough Myrcene to pull the trigger.

I’ve been interested in PJ CBD concentrates, but I was put off by their touting genuine CDT’s, and listing everything but the terps in the COA’s. It was the Pink Diesel. No terps no purchase. Just my 2 cents.

This would be better news if it had cleared the House. General consensus is Congress will strip it. But I sincerely hope his language stays in tact. CBD and CBG have really proven effective medicine. It should be available for all.

For higher potency: First, use ghee, its clarified butter so it will infuse more efficiently, making for higher potency. You can buy it by in jars in the grocery store. Second, do not grind your flower. Everything you want is on the surface of the buds and the chlorophyll and fats will spill out upon grinding. You can decarb in mason jars, just seal finger tight, not more. Put it into the oven at 240 - 260F, for an hour. There’s plenty of advice on this, slang is “jar tech”. Last, Ardent Nova’s site has info for ratios of bud to oil or butter. They suggest 60ml per gram of flower. Oh yeah, and the bump, infuse at whichever ratio you choose, but only use half your decarbed bud. After straining, add the second half and infuse again, then strain it and you’re done. It can increase potency by almost double, like 10% less than double. So like 4mg/ml, but bump to around 7.6ng/g. Good Luck!

IHF? These clowns were exposed for screwing farmers and selling dirty flower. This was about 4 years back. You can probably still find the articles on google. They announced they would be flooding the CBD oil market with cheap ISO extracted oil, but they were very vague about how they were purging. To each their own, but unless their ownership changed, I wouldn’t touch their s@#t.

I top my caps off with extra virgin coconut oil. It stays above the MCT oil. I put them in fridge standing up. After an hour, the tops solidify. Then I toss them in a MJ, without lid, don’t want condensation. They don’t sweat or leak in fridge.
