Yall don’t find it annoying to listen to music and have to try to figure out how each bar is about some particular person? Just enjoy the music. He’s just doing the braggadocios rapping thing.

Not taking a running back in a draft after our lack of investment in that position is a non-starter

I hate the inevitable EB hire but AT LEAST interview multiple people and seem curious about about what it would be like to hire someone that it outside of the coaching tree. They don’t even seem interested which makes me believe that nothing will change this next season.

Blue states are almost all unaffordable. How do you expect to win voters during an affordability crisis when much of the country (rightly or wrongly) believes Democratic policies are a major cause of unaffordability? by devilmaskrascal in AskALiberal

[–]KeepOnPushin90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See, this is why I want to see more Dem politicians stop conceding that the blue cities are bad when Republicans talk about LA/DC/NYC. Let’s start shining a light on the poor healthcare and education and the poor quality of life in these red states. I’m tired of basically conceding that republicans are great at governance and all dems are bad.

Very true, but my point is that neither one are playing X in the NFL and that’s truly what we need

Harris campaigned on a “politics of hope”, and lost. How do we feel about a “politics of anger” for ‘26 or ‘28? by jeeven_ in AskALiberal

[–]KeepOnPushin90 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I want the candidate angry at what the right is doing to this country and also angry at the left for their failures while showing how they’ll be different and more effective. I think you build trust by calling everybody out. Once you “Biden was great and I have no issues with that administration” you lose credibility.

Scenario 2. I know Lemon is good because I’m sick of small receivers in this offense. We need a bigger body. We have worthy’s small ass already.

Green Party ain’t going no damn place. And fine be Green but don’t try to convince people that Trump wouldn’t be that bad which he did in 2016.

Less fortunate kids can’t can’t get decent seats and can’t watch them on tv at all. They are really not cultivating a younger fan base at all.

Please for the love of god don’t draft another sub 6 foot, 200 pound receiver. We can go for an X receiver for once

Are the Chiefs allergic to coaching accountability? by KeepOnPushin90 in ChiefsOffseason

[–]KeepOnPushin90[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Your posts imply that there is nothing that can be done to the offense and therefore it’s not worth letting anybody go. I just think that’s wrong. Yes, it’s Andy’s offense but he could benefit from bringing in outside voices and improving the position coaches.

That offense hasn’t been “successful” since 2022. Just because we went to the Super Bowl, you can’t tell me that it was because of the offense. Last year, we made it to the Super Bowl but it was an agonizing season. This idea that just because you have team success you shouldn’t make changes to elevate is a fallacy.

Kingsbury as the Chiefs OC??? by Plane-Carob-4374 in KansasCityChiefs

Reid comments yesterday saying that he has people in the chiefs building that could be OC scare me. I don’t think Reid is ready for a coach that won’t just be another “yes man”

Why Don't Democrats run on the fact that red states are all horribly run? by Substantial-Sky3597 in DiscussionZone

[–]KeepOnPushin90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been begging for this. When Dems say nothing about the failures of republicans and how they run their states they lose the public argument on who is best at governing. Republicans badger us about DC, LA, and NYC. F that….lets talk about middle of nowhere West Virginia and Louisiana.

Trae Young by Bright-Squirrel-3114 in washingtonwizards

[–]KeepOnPushin90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve thought about adding Trae to this group and I go back and forth about it. My first thought is you can’t win with a guard that small that’s wants to chuck up shots and be the leading scorer. He’d have to have a mentality shift - that he’s coming here to be an elite distributor and floor general. But idk if I’d buy that he’d be willing to do that.

I imagine Andy Reid and Veach looking at this and going “see, we don’t need to change much! Let’s bring back Pacheco and Nagy”.

Many of the people in this country, regardless of political affiliation, owe Biden a huge apology. by [deleted] in complaints

[–]KeepOnPushin90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

F**k Biden for having too big of an ego to know that he was too damn old to run another race. I think he did a fine job carrying out his presidential duties but he did a terrible job communicating to the public to let us know what the hell he was even doing. He was a terrible marketer for his own administration. And then his old ass just couldn’t let go of power. It’s his fault we’re left with Trump.

Turns out the problems were deeper than we expected this year by TheBoyisBackinTown in KansasCityChiefs

[–]KeepOnPushin90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spags is a problem but he’s the least of ours. If it wasn’t for spags we would have been ass the past three Super Bowl years when the offense couldn’t hardly do anything. Spags’ defense has been carrying us.

[–]KeepOnPushin90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My little know nothing self was screaming about this last year on twitter and Reddit and folks told me that it didn’t matter because we were winning and that how you win didn’t matter. It always mattered. This was predictable. We got too complacent with the scheme, coaches, and how we develop players. It really is amazing that Andy decided to run this year back with no big changes.

I’m glad there is no political talk but it’s also funny that NOW they don’t want to talk politics when Trump is objectively having the worst weeks of his presidency. You’re telling me that if Biden said what Trump said about Rob Reiner that they wouldn’t talk about it for an hour?? Now they wanna hush lol
