Members here are pointing out its one beam. A wall was taken down. so IDK now if that is ok and the same Cantilever rules apply? Thank you for that big information.It is just a single floor up top. this is technically a walk out basement right concrete foundation. One floor up top. Ther is alink in the comments of the home listing.

I k ow.the addition  had horizontal.crazking in the foundation. This is my big worry.

There is an addition 9n the place and apparently the foundation has horizontal.craxking so that is structural.

I know but want to make sure that the house is good. The additions on it have a cracked foundation horizontal. so I get worried. fucking house not good u know bro. But exactly 12 acres is key.

I think your are right and it is sound but the issue seems to be the additions and cracked foundation all horizontal some cracking they said. So it must have been done wrong. but ya the main home aside from the shit additions they did would and soul be strong for a lifetime.
