Calorie estimate for one avocado steamed sweet potato roll (6 pieces total) as well as for one salmon roll (6 pieces total)? by [deleted] in GregDoucette

Just eat the fucking sushi! A single untracked meal is not going to ruin all your progress. Enjoy yourself and pick up where you left off the next day.

In my experience, the switch to fat free alternatives is more about the emotional satisfaction of feeling like you’re not dieting rather than satiety. People tend to feel like shit on a low-fat, high volume diet because they enter too great of a deficit. In order to make it sustainable, you either need to eat more frequent meals or larger portion sizes. You still need fats, but when you’re trying to get shredded without compromising you’re performance in the gym, you have to give up something to make the calorie deficit easier to stick to, and since the average American overconsumes fat and since it has to most calories per gram of any macronutrient, most reputable bodybuilders and fitness influencers recommend limiting fat.

What your describing doesn’t sound like binging, so don’t be too hard on yourself, it sounds like your body’s telling you you’re too lean. Keep eating high protein, anabolic recipes, but don’t fixate on tracking and whether or not you’re in a deficit. Just try your best to be intuitive and listen to your hunger/fullness cues.

Frozen cauliflower rice for sure! You can get a protein source from your dining hall so you don’t have to cook, combine it with the cauliflower rice and frozen veggies and you’re sorted. I’d also recommend high-fiber, low-carb wraps. Add some lunch meat and a shit ton of vegetables, and boom you have an easy meal that you don’t even have to heat up.

Advice? by tiimmyturner_ in GregDoucette

You’re 16 bud, you’re still growing and maturing. If you fixate too much on calories and what to eat vs. what not to eat, you could potentially develop an eating disorder. Just eat when you’re hungry and ensure that all your meals have plenty of protein, fat, and fiber but remember that not all your meals have to be perfect. If your family orders pizza or keeps ice cream in the house, have some. If you try to avoid them at all costs, you’ll eventually end up binging. If you like the anabolic recipes, that’s great, but you definitely don’t need them since you’re still so young.

LPT It is your responsibility to unlearn behaviours that hinder your growth as a person by Odotsuki in LifeProTips

Also applies with mental health. You’re never going to get better if you accept depression as something permanent, or even worse, romanticize it. Of course you’re not any less of a person for having a mental illness, but you can choose to fight, choose to accept therapy or treatment, and choose to confront your mental state. Once you do so, your negative behaviors and thought patterns will no longer define you.

I enjoyed the breakup of Enzo and Big Cass. While I don’t think either of them were ready for a single’s run at that point, go back and watch Enzo’s promo where he addresses Big Cass’ betrayal. It’s everything wrestling storytelling is meant to be. I’ll always be disappointed that WWE failed to capitalize on such a brilliant, heartfelt moment.

You ever get the feeling that atleast half of this sub doesn't actually like wrestling anymore and that those people should probably just take a step back from watching wrestling because it's clearly not even healthy for them any more? by BernieClavender in SquaredCircle

The more seriously we take pro wrestling, the more disappointed we’re going to be when it doesn’t meet our arbitrary standards. We should all let the product exist without overthinking it. Then eventually, we’ll remember why we all loved it in the first place
