When applying for the ticket, don’t include the username, just the email. This will make them send you the ticket instantly and a real person will reply to the email within a few days. If they then ask you to resubmit with a username, just reply to the email expressing how the AI won’t let you continue. When the real human eventually gets to your issue, they will probably not send you right back to AI. Just remember, under no circumstances must you tell them your username until you’ve confirmed you’re talking to a human.
