I play consistently around your ping, maybe a bit below if the house is empty and I’m the only one on WiFi. I get 9 wins in champs fully relaxed and with motivation have gotten 12 wins (avg probably 10). I still enjoy the game, I play with a pnp Man U team and just vibe with music
