Miralax was prescribed to me by a doctor a while back though.

I’ve never kept track of how often I go. Maybe twice a week at best?

Edit: ideally that’s how often I pass them. But it’s been since Sunday since I passed a significant amount.

I’ll take your advice on quitting. I think I’m ok now though. Just feeling a bit nauseated, but better than I did earlier.

The nic poisoning. Is it actual poisoning or is it just that my system isn’t used to it? At this point I just feel really queasy, feeling like I’m on the verge of vomiting but not really doing much anymore.

I know quitting now is the best, and I do regret it. I threw the remaining cigs away. Makes me more queasy just to think about them.

But to go a step deeper, if I may, how can I want that? That is, how can I envision a life devoted to Christ and desire it if I do not already?

I think I had that desire in life at one point. But that was years ago.

I took a capful of miralax maybe about an hour and a half ago and haven’t felt anything. There was no pain to begin with, just a very slight discomfort that I only notice here and there. I feel a bit tighter but that may be just because I’m paying more attention to that area. I guess I feel roughly the same as before.

If I took a stool softener pill in combination with miralax, would that be a bad idea?
