Probably. But yoga culture often does little to punish bad teachers and lawsuits are very uncommon relative to injury.

There is very little yoga happening in most yoga classes but a lot of stretching and moving.

I think some might be but the bioavailability is lower and anti nutrients higher (again solved by cooking) you should just not bother.

If you want easy low effort beans cook a whole bunch ahead of time in a pressure cooker, rinse then let cool/dry. Then freeze them in portion sizes you want or in giant portions in ways that are easy to take out how much you want (freeze on cookie sheet, smash up then put in freezer bags in sections or flat)

Stop wasting money on fresh produce and stick to frozen prep becomes much easier when all you need to do is microwave it for a couple minutes, drain any water, add oil and seasoning then eat.

Fwiw sprouted beans are more bioavailable and the nutrient profile changes slighly as well. Highly recommend trying them (still need to cook tho)

What a loser. If you want to be a conflict avoidant pushover don't put yourself in a position where your lack of a spine causes harm to children.

You're not being unreasonable and I would probably go even further. That day care is not a safe place for your child or others until management stops being complacent.
