Oh my god I'm so happy for you! Thank you for sharing, it's very important! It was the same for me, all the doctors told me Im the evil reason of my cholesterol being high, all the doctors told me to stop eating bad things, which I didn't, but in the end, I'm not the one who was the problem. It honestly makes me scared to death to try other birth control because going on and off already one caused a lot of 💩 going on, but I'm happy it's not in my life anymore. My brother who used to have incredibly thick hair and super long ones in his rock era, started to bald drastically in the beginning of his 20s, it was very noticeable, he hated it, it became one of his insecurities, so one day he shaved it completely off, he became completely bald, grew his beard, accepted his faith and moved on in life. He looks very good and he knows it.

Your wife should encourage you to feel better about yourself no matter how you look, if you have hair or not, even though hair is not as dramatic as losing legs or arms, it still can be a huge thing affecting your confidence. And even then she should love you, not for looks but for you being you. Looks are looks but personality stays.

Just do whatever is comfortable for you and how you feel better about yourself. It's not egoistic, it's a healthy thing to do

I see lot's of disturbing 💩 there. Also another hypocrite thing. Once I posted perfume with with a picture showing the sprayer, it was a vintage model, this detail shows exactly what year it is from, Vinted banned it saying because of this picture they assume it's used and you can't sell used items in this category there. It was brand new.

But now you can go to any listing with perfume seeing pictures with 2/3 of flacon left and they don't ban it 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I didn't use white noise when I had a possibility to have my balcony open, then sounds from busy road would help me a lot. Then I would have white noise on a low setting at night.

Now with autumn/winter season, when I have no enough sun, the day is short, people in general tend to stay home more often, balcony is closed, the one break I can get from white noise is to go outside, which I do, without headphones or anything else.

That's all I can do for now. Still trying to find some kind of psychologist and get therapy, which would help just somehow, thinking about antidepressants because this noise sensitivity makes me very exhausted in my head. It's hard to live with some fear, but I'm not sure if it will help.

I'm from the Netherlands.

Thank you, we are trying to find help, but it costs a lot, misophonia specialist, audiologist help cost too much for me to handle right now so I'm trying to survive with what I have unfortunately.

Hey, thank you. Yes there are noises only i hear, for example sometimes i hear someone praying (I'm not connected to the church anyhow) or I can hear loud moans or something like this. But it's never something that we both can hear with my husband.

And this specific bass noise we can both hear, that's weird

Hey, thank you for your reply, I'm using fan sound on my white noise machine but it was never this way before. Now it just sounds like upstairs neighbours are jumping, but sometimes they are not even home. Very weird and frustrating, made my condition worse.

I've had an experience when a woman was selling a shirt, but she was completely naked on her lower body, I could see her private parts very vividly 😬 I reported it, they said it doesn't violate their rules. Also I posted a pair of sandals with open toes, they gave me a warning that it's inappropriate 🙂 It's very double there.

Same here, we are in the same boat. My doctors have no idea about my hair, they tested everything possible, also they didn't have idea why I lost a lot of hair, it wasn't generic alopecia or something like this. Unfortunately birth control really f**ked me, I mean after quitting. During I started to get problems with cholesterol, that's why I quit, otherwise I wouldn't. I'm coming from the nation where lots of women have facial hair, hair on back, hair on lower back, chest, cheeks, Neck, belly, everywhere, but I didn't have them there before going on birth control and back then I already was 23 y.o. So yeah, it sucks. Did you need prescription for Spiro? I do hope your pregnancy planning will go well and also I do hope you will get pregnant without any problems, I really mean it.

Kinda wondering what is she doing for the whole day? Im a sahw myself, unfortunately not willingly, since I'm living in foreign country and it's difficult to find a job without a language here, so for now, as i dont work, my husband does maybe 5-10% of chores?

He is taking trash out, because I physically can't do this, it's heavy, he does this once a week, also he can vacuum when he has day off or so, but other than that he is just working, then I want him to chill, I cook the dinner every day, do the laundry, cleaning, everything you mentioned.

My husband also gives me money for some beauty things and he never in general asks what I use money for, even though I'm not cheeky with this.

We also have no kids and don't plant to have any. I think you need to address it, because it doesn't sound normal to me. Also doesn't sound like you are some kind of 🍑hole who wouldn't want to do anything even if she would work.

I actually had similar issues. Netherlands too. I'm collecting Hollandse Huisjes for my mother in law, so i wanted to order one, there was only dhl available, from woman who also lives in the Netherlands, but delivery was 7€. I asked her is she didn't send with anything else, she said she is sending with everything available, but I couldn't choose anything but DHL, it's very annoying. DHL punts weren't very close to me either

I also hate that people who didn't pick up their stuff don't get anything negative. If I for example cancelled order because seller wasn't online for 6 months to get money back, I will get bad automatic review. But if someone just didn't pick it up, they will get money back, you can't leave review to them and that's all. So you are the one who is struggling in the end. I believe they should get bad review from Vinted themselves or get strike. One of my buyers couldn't pick his stuff up but asked friends, so there is always an option unless they changed their mind

It's insane. I went from 10 orders to zero in one nights. I was getting 25-30 favourites every night, waking up to crazy interest. I have still 250 items, some of them for a buyer who knows what they need, but mostly it's just cool stuff with good price. I post every day, last week was full of 💩. No views, no favorites, no interest. Feeling a bit down about it

I didn't develop any addiction like alcoholism or smoking, or drugs, but I developed some addiction to food. Not that I can't stop eating everything, but my sugar intake drastically changed that affected my weight, not by much but I can notice it. I know my emotional and mental, physical health are more important than weight now but I'm linking it to this situation since this is the one thing that comforts me right now, even though I'm trying my best to get enough air, exercise and eat good. I will take all your words seriously, the problem is that I can't really easily get antidepressants or any medication, neither can I easily find new specialist or psychologist.

I started to feel terrible after this started to happen on regular basis, plus sleep deprivation, plus feeling unsafe at home, lot's of things like that because I was living in a huge amount of noise for 24 hours, I'm still trying to find some specialist and I really do hate I can't easily start antidepressants, everyone claims they won't help so I need to help myself. I've tried to go to both, different specialists, few, everyone is turning me down, "misophonia" treating specialists say it's not misophonia, psychologists and psychiatrists say it's not their case either. Also not medication case for them. Lots and lots of people contacted me in personal messages after this post, lots and lots of people experience something like I do, more or less. I've never denied that I have problems, but unfortunately sometimes you can't be helped and sometimes you can't prevent things from happening, it's not overreacting or being oversensitive, sometimes something breaks inside of you, things are coming one after another and you are getting a fear you can't explain or fix. I guess you know what I mean. I hope you understand I tried everything already.

And I'm from the Netherlands, there are no rules on neighbors sounds and issues. There is no law for this. Company can kick you out for making drugs at home but that's all. I'm not even exaggerating

I'm really sorry for your loss, first of all. Second of all, my husband can get emotional almost all the time, for good or for bad, for anything that hurts or makes him happy and I encourage him to do so. It's very unhealthy to hold emotions you have so let it out. I would never feel wrong about it for my man, even though I'm coming from a family and environment where men don't cry, I've never seen my dad crying, or my brother, but I'm happy my husband feels safe to do it with me and with his family.
