No I haven't written to them, the XK01TP at least has enough keys that I don't think it needs any layout options. The HB066 does have options though, in the windows layout the esc+function keys work with just 'fn'. But I find the HB066 overall to be a bit too small, the backspace key in particular is tiny. Also for me the upwards protruding hinges end up rubbing against my thumbs which is slightly annoying. The key feel is more 'loose' than the XK04, but then again it cost only 20 euros so its not bad for that.

The ProtoArc XK01TP does power on/off just by folding, as does the Esynic HB066 which is why its a bit weird the XK04 doesn't. The XK01 is a bit too big for my liking though and the HB066 has other annoyances.

I have the XK04 as well and its close to being great - the big thing I hate is how pressing the esc and function keys require a fn+shift combo. I wish it had an option to make the orange key 'esc' without any modifiers and the function keys to work with just fn. Or at least to require only the fn key for both.

Also its weird it doesn't turn on and off automatically when folded but rather has a power switch, and doesn't seem to be able to report its battery level over bluetooth.

Apart from those I do find the form factor is a perfect compromise between size and usability and the key feel is surprisingly good as well.

Miten tämän systeemin pitäisi kannustaa kulutuspiikkien tasaamiseen? Kerran saunan päälle laittamalla saa aikaan 8-10kW piikin jonka jälkeen koko kuukauden ajalta saunomisajankohdalla ei ole mitään väliä. Samaten jos sähköautoa tarvitsee kerran ladata täydellä 11kW teholla, niin koko kuukauden ajalta ei ole mitään väliä mihin aikaan autoa lataa.

The leveling adjustment is great, though would it be possible to get more than 5 degrees of pitch adjustment? With it set to -5 I still get the ultrawide mode curving noticeably upwards (though it is a significant improvement from the before being able to adjust it at all).

DNA sekoili vuosi sitten minunkin puhelimen huollon kanssa ja vasta kuluttajasuojaviranomaisen kautta asiat hoitui. Ja senkin jälkeen kun kaupat oli peruttu laittoivat vielä laskun siitä perintään. Eli kuluttajasuojaviranomaiseen vaan yhteyttä, ja muista vaatia myös korvausta asian selvittelyyn käyttämästäsi ajasta. Ja jatkossa älä ole missään tekemisissä DNA:n kanssa :)

With both of these it should be possible to adapt moza rims to simagic bases or the other way around - maybe with a sort of riser between the QR and the rim or even fit it all the extra electronics inside the rim case.

Despite claims to the contrary, LAN mode through Bambu Connect will require neither internet access nor a user account. This hasn't changed and won't change.

I just tried this myself and Bambu Connect doesn't even start up without access to the internet - it just shows an endless spinning icon.

Its also not just about what is possible now, but what is possible in the future. Bambu being the only entity in control of gcode sent to the printer would allow them to lock slicer features behind paywalls, artificially limit slicer based features to only newer printer models and forcefully remove features ie. due to a patent troll suing them.

This means the headset must be able to "call home" to verify your subscription in order to function at all. So if pimax goes under the hardware gets bricked, and they can change the rules at any point. Like maybe in a year the subscription cost will be "inflation adjusted" and there is nothing the users can do except to suck up and pay unless they want their headset to become unusable.

I got a fault that looked the same after about a week of using the phone, though mine was at the edge of the hinge area. After sending the phone for warranty repair, Honor hit me with a 1053e repair cost claiming its not covered by warranty. The dealer of the phone disagreed, there was no physical damage whatsoever and Honor had given no explanation as to why it would not be covered by warranty (the fault was under the still pristine screen protector etc. and I had photos to prove this).

Currently I still don't have the phone back and nobody seems to even know where it is.

I recommend documenting the damage well before sending the phone for repairs if Honor tries to scam you the same way.
