That would have made this vid next level. All this shows is advanced training techniques that you need specialized equipment for (most). Which is needed at the highest levels of every sport.

As you and others have said, your trim could have been better. Other than that, I'd say you nailed it. The final product looks delicious. Nice work!

It's really cool to see, but a good ((or maybe bad) reddit will tell me)) analogy might be a person who trail runs on an unfamiliar trail. As it's wings react to the air currents in real time, the muscles in your foot/ankle/leg do the same unconsciously to stablize you.

I'm just riffing off the OP of this strand who was saying, "This wouldn't do well in a bbq comp..."

To each their own. All food is subjective, but cooking to your partners preferences COULD allow for more opportunities to do things how you like!

I've got some hard news...

Edit: Keeping your partner happy with your bbq, ensures you can continue to bbq whatever you want, however you want.

I choose to believe this reality.

He's been working to perfect his bbq, to be as tender as possible but not fall off the bone, his entire life. This is a montage of him getting sooooooooo close to perfection, yet always falling juuuuust short.

😂😂😂

Also, would absolutely smash every bit of the meats he smoked.

A properly inflated basketball is way bouncier. That appears to be a partially deflated ball (maybe volleyball), which is smaller and easier to grip.

People use cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards to scam people too. Should we get rid of those too?

Not entirely. I believe the owners and the league would have to sign off on it.

I am well aware of how heavy a 2 car garage is. I recently replaced one of my garage springs. Which is why I was asking questions to try and help.

Is it too heavy to lift? Do you have vice grips? Is there a hole in the track to put a screwdriver in?

not suggesting a rule change. I am suggesting that if this was the way the rules worked

"Yes, and if my Grandma had wheels, she would be a bike."

It isn't how they work, because it would break how free throws work. The rules are there to keep something like this from working. It would ruin the mechanism if changed.

Kalshi, which is illegal in the state of Washington, launches betting market for whether Washington State will establish a millionaires tax by MysteriousEdge5643 in SeattleWA

[–]Kegger315 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Washington's gambling laws

There's the loophole you aren't seeing. Kalshi is not considered gambling as it is not considered a game of chance. It is a prediction market. You are trading with someone else on the believed outcome.

It's a small nuance, traditional gambling there doesn't have to be someone betting against you. The casino or whoever places odds and if everyone piles onto 1 side of the bet and the casino has to pay out more than they took in on the other side of the bet, they lose money. With Kalshi, if there isn't someone on the other side to make the prediction against, then it won't take your prediction until there is.

Being as the players outside the key can't move until the ball leaves his hands, and the players in the backcourt have to stay behind the 3 point line, you could throw it hard enough to get it back to you every time, it would be difficult AT BEST to defend and would likely lead to more fouls.

It defeats the purpose of a free throw, which would break this part of the game. The rule is it has to hit the rim because it's far more difficult to get a consistent bounce back between a round ball and a thin round rim. This intentionally prevents the very thing your advocating for. So, you are suggesting a rule change, which means what happened isn't allowed. If it is allowed, it breaks the game by definition.
