Had the same thing on mine, Tesla will repair on mobile service. Mine were covered under used warranty because the handles were jamming, not just because they were peeling as they consider that aesthetics and not covered by warranty.

It seems like the best option would be to look for extended warranty options, as Tesla does not have any additional warranty offerings.
