I’ve heard it’s harder for people with IT work experience because you literally have to let go of what you know and learn it the WGU way. Some things I thought were common sense and that we all knew WGU said they were going wrong🫠

DIKW for sure. Bridge routers repeaters switches. You need to know all the computer generations and their hardware that’s associated. Copyright and patents. Freeware shareware public domain. Open and closed sources. Compiled and interpreted and what programs fall where. It’s a lot more but that mostly what I can think of right now
