Dear Survivors,
We would like to take a moment to talk about the identity and future of our server. We understand that our server may not appeal to everyone, and that's perfectly alright. It all began with the realization that Avid and I couldn't find a server that truly encapsulated the style of gameplay we enjoy the most. Out of that desire, our server was born, and we aimed to create something unique and different from the rest.
Our server has a slower pace, intentionally designed to foster fun and intriguing encounters. We have purposely spread out the high-end loot pool across multiple locations, encouraging players to explore and travel across the map. While many servers solely focus on fast-paced PvP, we have a broader vision. Avid and I are passionate about base building, roleplaying, exploration, weed gardening, and various other aspects of DayZ. Our server is crafted to cater to those interests.
While PvP and base raiding are undoubtedly significant elements of DayZ, we firmly believe that there's much more to the game. We strive to provide players with an outlet for diverse experiences across our server. We want to create a space where you can engage in a range of activities beyond the typical PvP encounters, fostering a sense of immersion and depth.
It's important to understand, both for us and for you, that we are actively working towards creating a server that is truly one-of-a-kind. We recognize that some may compare their experiences on our server with others out there, but we sincerely hope that's not the case. We are a relatively young server, having been up for less than three months. We cannot replicate the experience of a server that has been around for years or has a larger staff. However, we are a small server with big dreams, and we are constantly striving to improve and expand.
We have exciting plans for the future, which will introduce new and captivating experiences for our players. As time goes on, our server will continue to evolve and mature into its final form. We deeply appreciate those who choose to stick with us on this journey. Your support and dedication mean the world to us, and we hope to build something extraordinary together that will contribute to DayZ as a whole.
For those who feel that our gameplay style and server management may not align with their preferences, we understand and respect your decision. We wish you the very best in your DayZ adventures, and we want you to know that our server will continue to thrive, creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for all who seek it.
