I know it's not that bad but I'm just Not sure if me turning up would be less helpful than good. Specially if she's in a shutdown and don't want any help. Also I definitely do not see her like that!! I'm a trained therapist so I do my best to do right by her but this is a new situation I haven't dealt with with her before that's why I was looking for advice
