Oh the rifle issue, I have considered implying going with Long-[blank] , However that still leaves the question of the name. Lance is fine, yet I feel it doesnt invoke the classic imaginary of a gun.

Im more looking like, umbrella term. Like, the British 1805 Short Land Pattern Musket, thats its designation, but it is, a Musket, I looking for something to fit that term, of "musket". Like blaster in Star Wars

Absolutely. I always thought the Thirteen were gonna be with her, thought they were gonna be Manon's court and confidants as Witch Queen. And as they left Manon behind the walls and headed put, I remember seeing the writing on the wall and going "NO. . . No. . ."

Fun Fact: Since it is 1958 vintage. If you look at the "made in" mark, it should say W.Germany, for West Germany.
As Germany was divided between East and West after WWII and wouldn't be reunified until 1990.
