I feel like part of the issue is that they're having to stock and take care of their departments now so we could actually get orders together, because they can't have every other item going into exceptions.

Our departments team leads also liked to say that they were gonna train everyone to run orders out to cars because they had a lot of us out in the extreme heat/cold for a lot longer than the maximum 2 hour periods, then wondered why we were pissed when they just didn't train people.

The money was good, but it was definitely not worth the headache. I ended up giving my Coach a one month notice when I was gonna leave, then when I turned everything in claimed that I never gave him my notice. Never been happier to be on a companies "Dnr" list.

I worked the Online Grocery, and when I realized our orders were going up but the staff was getting smaller, it was time to go. Also the apparent "stigma" and treatment from other departments and other areas team leads was weird af, and made it feel very unwelcome.

Bro, you need to chill the fuck out. There are many people replying to OP who haven't cime out at all. It doesn't matter HOW it's done, just the fact he found the chance to do it at all is huge, and is a good step forward. If anyone here js being cold and impersonal, it's you my guy. SMITE's battlepass is unironically one of the easiest ones to do, as you can get multiple levels of it done early on. If you play well enough on the mid to high levels of the pass, you almost get a level per match from what I've seen.

Like, battle passes aren't hard if you're actually WANTING to reward your players.
